This number receives call transfers for urgent matters and VIP contacts. Without this, the AI cannot transfer calls to you.

Use this after changing settings or to get the latest AI improvements. This will update your agent while keeping your phone number.
Call Recording
Record all calls for playback, training, and compliance purposes.
Recordings are stored securely and accessible from your call history. Some industries (legal, healthcare) may require recordings to be disabled.
Calendar Integration
Connect your calendar so your AI assistant can check your availability when scheduling appointments.
Your AI assistant uses this calendar to check availability before suggesting appointment times. When a caller wants to schedule, the AI will only offer time slots that are free on your calendar.
Troll Mode
ANTI-SCAMFight back against phone scammers by wasting their time. When AIVA detects a scam call, it engages the caller with confusion tactics and loops instead of disconnecting.
Scam Blocklist
Add area codes or specific numbers to automatically trigger Troll Mode.
